NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Project: Pine Point Mining Limited Mineral Exploration and Confirmation Program

Purpose: Type A water Licence Amendment – Mineral Exploration

A public hearing will be held by the Board to fulfill subsection 41(2)(a ) of the Waters Act on February 13, 2024 from 9:00 am – 3:00pm. The hearing venue has yet to be determined in accordance with the LWB Rules of Procedure.

If no notice is received of persons indicating their intention to appear and make presentations concerning the Application and the Applicant consents in writing to the disposition of the matter without a public hearing, the Board may cancel the hearing as per subsection 41(3) of the Waters Act.
