A public hearing will be held by the Board to fulfill subsection 41(2)(a) of the Waters Act and section 24 of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act on April 9-10, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in Fort Liard, NT, venue to be determined, in accordance with the LWB Rules of Procedure. Written interventions for this public hearing must be submitted to the Board at the address below by 5:00 p.m., February 28, 2025.

If no notice is received of persons indicating their intention to appear and make presentations concerning the Applications, and the Applicant consents in writing to the disposition of the matters without a public hearing, the Board may cancel the hearing as per subsection 41(3) of the Waters Act.
