NOTICE OF TENDER
Raw Water Intake and
Main Lift Station Rehabilitation
Sealed Tenders plainly marked on the envelope “Town of Fort Smith Raw Water Intake and Main Lift Station Rehabilitation”, will be received by the Town of Fort Smith, Town Office, PO Box 147, 174 McDougal Road, Fort Smith, NT., X0E 0P0 until 2:00 p.m. MST, Friday, November 10, 2023.
The project is located in the Town of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories. This project consists of building facility Rehabilitation including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical Components. The buildings include the Raw Water Intake and Main Lift Station Facilities.
Project documents may be obtained from the Town of Fort Smith after October 23, 2023 on payment of a non-refundable fee of $50, pay able to the Town of Fort Smith. Electronic copies of the Project Documents can be emailed.
Each tender must be accompanied by the specified bid security made payable to the Town of Fort Smith.
The right is reserved to reject any or all Tenders or to accept any Tender that may be considered in the best interest of the Town of Fort Smith.
