TAKE NOTICE that the premises municipally known as 3242 Jack Anawak Street, Iqaluit, Nunavut and legally described as:

is hereby offered for sale by tender.
Property is a single storey building, approximately 5 years old consisting of 1,440 square feet, with four bedrooms and one bathroom with a detached garage.
Tenders in sealed envelopes marked 08-17-141 CVC accompanied by a certified cheque or cash for 10% of the amount of the tender must be in the hands of the Clerk of the Court, Bldg. 510, Iqaluit, Nunavut, X0A 0H0 before close of business on Monday, April 5, 2021.
The balance of the purchase price shall be paid into Court within 30 days after acceptance of tender. Tenders are irrevocable and shall remain open until dealt with by the Court. If the successful tenderer does not complete the purchase after acceptance of that tender, the deposit shall be forfeited. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Cheques of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned to them.
