NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIES

IN THE MATTER of the ESTATE OF VERNON CHARLES BURGER, late of the Town of Hay River, in the Northwest Territories, who died on the 8th day May, 2020.

TAKE NOTICE that all persons having claims upon the estate of the above named must file with the undersigned by the 10th day of January, 2022, a full statement of their claims.

If you do not file by the date above, the estate property can lawfully be distributed without regard to any claim you may have.
