NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS

In the supreme court of the Northwest Territories

IN THE MATTER of the Estate of JOHN ARTHUR WESTERGREEN, late of Yellowknife, in the Northwest Territories, Deceased, who died on the 3rd day of November 2021.

If you have a claim against the Estate, you must file this claim by June 13, 2022. And provide details of your claim. If you do not file by the above date, the Estate property and assets can be lawfully distributed without regard to any claim you may have.
