NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS
IN THE SUPREME COURT OF THE NORTHWEST TERRITORIES
IN THE MATTER of the Estate of FRANÇOIS DANIELE ARDIZZON, also known as FRANÇOIS (FRANCO) ARDIZZON, or FRANÇOIS FRANCO DANIELE ARDIZZON, or FRANÇOIS ARDIZZON, or FRANÇOIS D. ARDIZZON, late of Hay River, in the Northwest Territories, Deceased, who died on the 30th day of December 2022.
If you have a claim against the Estate, you must file this claim by November 30, 2023, and provide details of your claim. If you do not file by the above date, the Estate property and assets can be lawfully distributed without regard to any claim you may have.
