NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS
In the supreme court of the Northwest Territories
IN THE MATTER of the Estate of BOGUS ZDYB, also known as BOGUSLAW STANISLAW ZDYB, late of Yellowknife, in the Northwest Territories, deceased, who died on the 11th day of December 2023.
If you have a claim against the Estate, you must file this claim by August 19, 2024, and provide details of your claim. If you do not file by the above date, the Estate property and assets can be lawfully distributed without regard to any claim you may have.
