TAKE NOTICE that the Fort Smith Métis Council of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, seeks to revive the Fort Smith Hunters’ and Trappers’ Association pursuant to s. 28.4 of the Societies Act RSNWT 1988, c S-11, for the limited purpose of transferring land owned by the Fort Smith Hunters’ and Trappers’ Association, legally described as:
