The Request for Proposal’s (“RFP”) marked “Northwest Territories Energy Corporation (03) Ltd. RFP R-NTE204321” documents are made available to interested vendors on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 on the following website:

Proposals must be received by the NT Energy website www.ntpc.com/submitntenergy no later than 4:00 p.m. local time (MST) on Tuesday, September 28, 2021.
The RFP objective is for General Contractor (GC) Construction Services for the installation of the Wind Energy Converter (WEC), a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and all associated infrastructures, components and electrical interconnections, near Inuvik, NT as specified in the RFP Documents.
**Please note that security is being requested in the form of a bid bond and consent of surety at ten percent (10%) of the proposal price. A performance bond and labour and materials bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) will be required of the successful proponent.**
