Full-Time Office Administrator
Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, the Office Administrator is responsible for administrative communications, electronic and paper record management, coordination of records with the Department of Finance, maintaining physical assets of the Department, among other duties.
The successful applicant will have skills acquired from a college diploma in office administration, or equivalent, coupled with one to three years of experience. Fluency in Inuinnaqtun or Inuktitut is considered an asset. KIA encourages beneficiaries of the Nunavut Agreement to apply. Equivalencies may be considered.
The starting salary for the position ranges from $68,306 to $86,562, a northern and housing allowance of $19,800, pension and benefits, and a generous vacation travel assistance package.
