Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Duties Include but are not limited to:
• A/P &A/R
• Payroll
• Contract Payouts
• Government Remittances
• Weekly Management Reports
• Year End Prep
• Scanning/Filing
• Banking/Mail
• Maintaining Office Supplies
• Reception/Phone Duties
Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• College or University degree in business management and/or accounting considered an asset
• The successful candidate will need to be able to multitask in a fast-moving office environment and will need to be detail oriented and very organized
• They will be working closely with the agents in the office and will need to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• The job requires the ability to work with little to no supervision
• Required skills include the use of Sage 50, Microsoft (Word/Excel), Adobe and Filemaker
• You will need a vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Must have past experience in Bookkeeping/Finance
Salary commensurate with experience
