The Town of Fort Smith is seeking a highly skilled and qualified individual to fill the role of Pay and Benefits Officer.

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, the Pay and Benefits Officer will be responsible for administering pay and benefits for all Town employees, maintaining personnel files, and providing direct supervision to the Finance Clerks and Receptionist.

This position will also assist the Director of Corporate Services with budget preparation, year-end preparation, and processing financial reports.
