AMENDMENT TO ZONING BY-LAW 2583/P+D/15
To add specific land use regulations for special care facilities and special care residences
The Town of Inuvik proposes to amend Zoning By-law 2583/P+D/15 to add Special Care Residences and Special Care Facilities and to specify the development regulations for both types of development.
Inuvik Town Council will hold a VIRTUAL PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in the Community Lounge (Second Floor) of the Midnight Sun Complex to hear any representations concerning the by-law amendment.
A copy of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment (NO. 2673) is available online at https://www.inuvik.ca/public-hearings/ or may be inspected by the public at the Town Office during regular business hours.
