Tender PUBLIC NOTICE – PROPOSED BY-LAWS
Pursuant to section 139 of the Cities, Towns and Villages Act, S.N.W.T. 2003, c.22 and amendments thereto, the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Inuvik wishes to advise that the following proposed by-laws will proceed to a Third Reading at a future date:
1. A By-law of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Inuvik in the Northwest Territories to Regulate the Demolition, Removal or Alteration of Vacant and Derelict Buildings or Structures, Vegetation or Waste Within the Town of Inuvik; By-law #2655/PS/20;
2. A By-law of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Inuvik in the Northwest Territories to Control and Prevent the Unsightly Appearance of Land and Premises and to Minimize the Effects of Unsightly Land and Premises on Adjoining Properties; By-law #2656/H&S/20; and
3. A By-law of the Municipal Corporation of the Town of Inuvik in the Northwest Territories to provide for Water and Sewer Administration, Management and Operations; By-law #2657/UTIL/20.
