Full-Time Receptionist (35 hours per week)

Denroche & Associates –  Yellowknife, Northwest Territories

Job Description

Our law firm seeks a Receptionist. As a member of the team you will provide essential support to the office, the staff and its clientele.

Duties:

  • manage the telephone inquiries
  • greet clients & visitors
  • manage mail, faxes & couriers
  • open new files 
  • assist with reports and filling
  • assist with daily delivery and pick-up service for the Firm
  • maintain and re-stock the office supplies
  • other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • fast learner
  • proficient spoken and written English
  • ability to multi-task
  • organized, systematic and with attention to detail  
  • strong work ethic
  • excellent communication skills both over the telephone and in person
  • good typing and computer skills / ability to operate a variety of office equipment
  • proficient with Microsoft Office 
  • Grade 12 Diploma
