Servicing Of Heating Systems
The Tsiigehtchic Charter Community is accepting Proposals for the servicing of the Heating Systems in all Charter-owned buildings.
Guidelines:
- proposals must include the names of the individuals who will do the servicing and a copy of their Certifications
- proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM October 16, 2020
- proposals must include pricing details for labour, parts and supplies
- proposals must include proof of Liability Insurance & WSCC Clearance
Buildings:
- Charter Office – One Boiler
- Grey Staff House – One Boiler & One Hot Water Heater
- Brown Staff House – One Boiler & One Hot Water Heater
- Blue Staff House – One Forced Air Furnace & One Oil-Fired Water Heater
- Daycare – Two Forced Air Furnaces
- 4- Plex Apartments – Two Boilers & Two Oil-Fired Water Heaters
- Water Treatment Plant – Two Boilers
- Public Works Shop – One Boiler
- Fire Hall – Two Boilers
