Sealed RFP’s marked “Northwest Territories Power Corporation RFP 5239” will be received at the offices of the Northwest Territories Power Corporation, 8 Aspen Road, Hay River, NT X0E 0R6 until 4:00 p.m. local time on December 14, 2020.

The RFP consists of the construction, maintenance and decommissioning of the Bluefish winter road near Yellowknife, NT as specified in the RFP Documents.
