REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
North Star Building – Coffee Kiosk Services
Closing Date: December 15, 2022, 4:00 pm
The coffee kiosk is located on the main floor of the North Star Building (4910 – 53 Street). The North Star Building is owned by the Union of Northern Workers. The UNW is seeking proposals from organizations and businesses who are interested in operating the kiosk to provide beverage, snack, light meal and catering services. The coffee kiosk would primarily serve the building occupants and training centre. The UNW strives to support local not-for-profits, and local businesses, and to help grow the local economy through fair benefits and wages. The UNW also wishes to promote a healthy, clean environment. Proponents should review the minimum service requirements, priorities, and other information in the proposal package, and provide a detailed proposal of deliverables, addressing as many points as possible. Please include the business/organization name, the name of the primary contact person who is authorized to represent the business/organization, and contact information.
