Request for Proposals for Restaurant/Bar/Catering Opportunity

Located in the Yellowknife
Historical Museum at Giant Mine

We are seeking a creative and adventurous Chef at our lakeside restaurant in the Yellowknife Historical Museum near Giant Mine.
We need a tenant in our new commercial kitchen who will serve the public during restaurant hours, for banquets and event rentals. The tenant will have use of the kitchen for catering if desired.
