Our Yellowknife office is looking for a
CORPORATE PARALEGAL
to be responsible for completing a variety of Northwest Territory, Yukon and Nunavut corporate transactions, including but not limited to general search and registration services, incorporations, shared structure amendments, share transactions, transfers, redemptions, amalgamations, extra-territorial registrations, director and officer changes, and performing searches and reports. The ideal candidate has three to five years of corporate experience, with high attention to detail and exception organizational skills. Familiarity with a corporate database such as ALF would be an asset. We are willing to train the right candidate.
COMMERCIAL PARALEGAL
to be responsible for all aspects of Northwest Territory, Yukon and Nunavut commercial transactions, including but not limited to reviewing real estate and financing contracts, general search, registrations and filing services, performing due diligence searches and preparing summary of findings, preparation of documents required for residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions and financing transactions. The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience, is proactive and self-sufficient, with a high attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
