ATCO Frontec (ATCO), serves as the Prime Contractor to Defence Construction Canada (DCC) providing facility maintenance services for several facilities within the communities of Inuvik, Iqaluit, Rankin Inlet, Yellowknife and Whitehorse. These services provided under the Real Property North Contract (RPN), consist of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance/repair and additional projects up to a value of $300,000 for all trades. Work performance services will be required from March 2018 to
March 2023 under the current contract.
ATCO is seeking companies qualified and interested in conducting the work outlined above, as well as consultants to undertake in the preparation of design, cost proposals, professional service cost estimates and tender documentation.
To participate in this work, vendors must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) or Facility Security Clearance (FSC), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD).
Contractor personnel must hold a minimum screening level of Reliability Status, however Secret (Level II) clearance is required to perform work in most facilities.
ATCO Frontec is available to support interested vendors in obtaining DOS and FSC organizational clearance in order participate in this contract and submit quotations for additional work scopes.
